Frank Groome

Frank Groome is an associate of the Clinton Institute for American Studies at University College Dublin. He has previously worked for the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, the Institute of International and European Affairs and at the United Nations in New York. Frank’s articles have appeared in the Irish Times, OpenDemocracy and Politico.ie. He holds a Ph.D in diplomatic history from UCD.
