The documentary Pray the Devil Back to Hell is receiving wonderful reviews in the United States. The movie reveals the ways in which brave groups of Liberian women mobilized to demand peace in their beleaguered nation. Liberia seems tentatively to be on the right path in no small part because of what these women did to draw the line and demand an end to the bloodshed that for so long characterized Liberia.
