Part of the explanation for the flagging fortunes at the local professional and national team level? Perhaps not surprisingly, it largely comes down to a simple lack of resources. The professional clubs do not have enough, the national team does not have enough, and the fans do not have enough to aford to go to games and thus to support the country’s professional infrastructure.
