The dawning of a new year…

I find myself sitting here trying to get everything done as the day, and year, quickly close in on me.  As the year, and decade, comes to an end I find myself looking back on the year and what is has meant for children across the globe.

Tonight many look back fondly and cheer on the new year, others cannot wait to put it behind them and relish the hope that the next one can’t be any worse then the last.  However we are all looking forward the to a new decade and renewed hope for children around the world.

Thank you for your readership over the past year, and may this year bring you all you hope and desire.  I look forward to writing more over the next year and bringing you more news, as well as stories of hope and inspiration from across the globe.
