I realize that there is little that is funny about the situation in Somalia, including the piracy crisis that is the direct result of the anarchy and statelessness dominating that country on Africa's Horn. That said, is it just me, or does the following headline from the Mail & Guardian seem more like the promotional blurb to a Hollywood Blockbuster (or television reality show)?:
