Why is the Verdict Still Out?

And…. there’s more evidence that violence on the Gaza flotilla raid was premeditated by the activists.

The organizer of the flotilla said:

“If they board our ship, we will throw them into the sea, Allah willing!”

This sentence is strikingly similar to Hamas and Iran’s claims that the Jews will be thrown into the sea, followed by a declaration that Palestine is from the sea (Mediterranean) to the river (Jordan). Clearly, throwing Jews into the sea would amount to genocide, while also creating a one-state solution.

The verdict of the flotilla blame game is clear.

The Turkish flotilla incident may occur once more. Lebanon is sending a Gaza-bound boat that could ignite regional tensions.

But, at least some activists have the Palestinians at heart and are going through the proper channels to deliver aid, with 70 yachts arriving in the port of Ashkelon today. Those ships were greeted with open arms.
